How much does epoxy flooring cost per square metre in the UAE?
It depends on the system, thickness, surface condition and area size. Send the area, photos and use of the floor and we quote within one working day.
How long does epoxy flooring last?
With correct preparation and the right system for the traffic, an industrial epoxy floor lasts many years. Heavy forklift or chemical areas need thicker systems.
How long before we can use the floor?
Light foot traffic is usually possible after about a day and full use after several days, depending on the product and temperature. We plan the work around your shutdown.
Can epoxy go over existing tiles or an old coating?
Sometimes. Tiles and old coatings must be sound and well bonded; we test adhesion first, and remove them where they are not.
Is epoxy flooring slippery?
A plain gloss finish can be slippery when wet, so we add anti-slip aggregate in wet areas, galleys, ramps and decks.
