Questions operators ask
How long does an offshore accommodation refurbishment take?
It depends on the number of cabins and the scope. We plan in weeks rather than months and phase the work so beds stay available. You get a programme with the quote.
Can you work while the liftboat or rig is on hire?
Yes. Prefabrication onshore and phased installation keep the unit operating. Our crews work under the client’s permit-to-work system.
Do you work offshore or only alongside?
Both. We work alongside in UAE ports and yards, and offshore with BOSIET / OGUK certified crews.
Which standards do the materials meet?
We use marine-grade, fire-rated materials to the unit’s class and flag requirements, and every certificate goes into the handover file.
Do you supply temporary living quarters?
Yes. We supply DNV-certified temporary living quarter containers for purchase.
Where are you based?
Dubai, Abu Dhabi (Mussafah) and a fabrication workshop in Sharjah Industrial Area 2, covering all UAE ports and offshore fields.
