Can you work while the hotel is fully operating?

Yes. We phase work by room or floor, work nights in public areas, and control noise, dust and access so guests are not disturbed.

Do you offer annual maintenance contracts for hotels?

Yes. We quote a fixed annual price after a site survey and asset list, with planned visits and 24/7 breakdown cover.

Which emirates do you cover?

Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah.

Can you take a subcontract package on a hotel renovation?

Yes. We work as HVAC, MEP, fit-out or epoxy subcontractor to main contractors and FM companies.
